Around non hunters I’ll tell you I hunt for food, which is 100% true I eat what I kill, it’s the golden rule. Around other hunters I’ll tell you I want the biggest baddest animal, antlers on the wall are great reminders of past hunts, and I’m sure bragging rights have been a part of hunting parties since the dawn of man. In private, when I’m alone in my tree stand, when all I hear is the wind, I’m hunting for something else.
I’m a 38 year old guy from New Jersey. I started hunting and fishing at a young age , but somewhere in my twenties I got away from it. Now in my thirties I’m back in with what I think is a more mature outlook towards hunting and fishing. This blog will document my trips into the natural world. I hope you maybe pick up a tip or two, but at the very least I hope you find it entertaining.
